Stated role of the service

AnalJizz indexes external links and third-party players. It does not film, shoot, commission or engage performers for the third-party productions it references. The originating productions and source services are independent of AnalJizz.

This description does not assert that every technical function of the site falls within a statutory exemption. A service’s actual activities, the material involved and applicable law determine its obligations; a label such as “aggregator” does not decide that question.

Records for originating productions

Where 18 U.S.C. § 2257, § 2257A or related regulations apply to a production, the responsible producer and any other obligated person must maintain the required records and disclosures. Questions about the location of records for a particular third-party production should be directed to the originating producer or the custodian identified in the source service’s applicable statement.

AnalJizz does not represent that it has independently inspected every source provider’s records or that every host is itself the required records custodian. This page therefore does not certify that all third-party records exist or are compliant.

No blanket exemption or transfer of duties

Nothing in this notice transfers a duty imposed on AnalJizz by applicable law to a source host, establishes an exemption merely because material is linked or embedded, or replaces any legally required records-location or custodian disclosure. Any duties that apply to AnalJizz must be met by the responsible operator.
