Information we process

Public visitors do not need to register an account or provide a name, date of birth or identity document to browse. The age gate asks for a declaration rather than collecting an identity document. This does not mean that no personal data is processed.

The site and its hosting/security services may process IP addresses, browser or user-agent information, requested URLs, timestamps, errors and other technical connection data. Browser identifiers and technical data can be personal data under applicable law. If you email us, we receive the email address, message and any information you choose to provide.

First-party cookies

The implemented site functions use the following cookies. Cookies may expire earlier if you clear storage, use private browsing or change browser settings.

• gallery_age_v1 — remembers an 18+ declaration for up to 30 days on that browser. It does not contain proof of age or a verified identity.
• mg_visit — a signed browser identifier used for local page-visit measurement and repeat-count suppression. Its 30-day expiry is renewed by qualifying visit requests. Visit counts are distinct from provider video-play counts.
• mg_admin — an administrative session cookie used when accessing administration. Public browsing does not require an administrator account. Admin sessions also have server-side inactivity and absolute time limits.

Local visits, administration and logs

Local visit measurement uses a pseudonymous per-video identifier to suppress repeated counts within a short window. The implementation does not use a raw IP address as the visit-counter key. Short-lived deduplication records are scheduled for removal after two days by maintenance; aggregate counts may remain.

Administrative account, login-limit and audit information is processed for access control and security. Hosting and application logs may be used for troubleshooting, security and abuse prevention. Retention depends on the purpose, hosting settings and any applicable legal requirements. No claim is made that hashing automatically makes all information anonymous.

Third-party media and advertising

Source services may include xHamster, Pornhub and Eporner when enabled by the operator, as well as other providers identified with a listing. When your browser requests a provider-hosted thumbnail, preview, player or advertisement, it connects to that provider, which may receive your IP address, browser information and referrer information allowed by browser/site settings. Those services operate under their own policies.

Where third-party advertising is enabled, advertising providers such as ExoClick may use cookies or similar technologies for impressions, frequency capping, fraud prevention, measurement and other purposes described in their policies. Some uses may involve profiling or personalized advertising. This site does not describe those technologies as exclusively necessary or exclusively frequency-capping cookies.

Age confirmation is separate from permission for advertising or other non-essential tracking. Where applicable law requires prior consent, those technologies must not be activated until the required choice is obtained. This policy is a disclosure, not a substitute for a consent mechanism.

Why information is used and shared

Information is used to operate the service, remember choices, measure basic usage, secure administration, troubleshoot errors and respond to removal/privacy requests. Information may be processed by hosting, security, email and other service providers, or disclosed where required by law or necessary to handle a legal claim. Third-party media/advertising services may process data independently when your browser contacts them.

The applicable legal basis and any information or consent required depend on the purpose and the law that applies. We do not treat a visit to this page or an 18+ declaration as blanket consent to every form of processing.

Retention, browser controls and your requests

Cookie durations are listed above. Correspondence and complaint information may be retained as reasonably needed to handle the request, prevent repeated removal failures, meet legal duties or address disputes. Backups and security logs follow their applicable operational retention schedules; we do not promise immediate deletion from every backup.

You can delete or block cookies using browser controls. This can cause repeated age prompts, prevent visit measurement or end an admin session. Where a tracking-consent control is provided, use it to manage or withdraw your choices. Deleting a cookie does not by itself withdraw consent already recorded by every third-party service.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data, object to processing, withdraw consent or complain to the relevant supervisory authority. We may ask for proportionate information to identify the request; please do not send identity documents unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure process.
